Attributes- 7/5/3
Abilities- 13/9/5
Disciplines- 4 (As per Sabbat creation)
Backgrounds- 5 (So you don't suck)
Virtues- 7
7 points in merits/flaws

15 freebie points.

You can also gain between 1-5 freebie points for writing a character background (and description) in the creative space forum on here.

Clans and Disciplines are to be chosen from the Core Book only- Merits and Flaws can be taken from anywhere if you can provide a reason that makes sense.
Characters may take a path (rather than humanity).

Magic can be taken from selected books, please chat to Martin regarding this.
